The Whistles are BACK with the SUPER PRIDE!

                  "We are back.. WE ARE BACK!" as MS Dhoni, fondly called as Mahi  by many of his fans up in North India, but equally affectionately called as THALA in the South(chief  in Thamizh (yes,THAMIZH,not Tamil) put it as seen in the viral video that circulated the Social media by many of his fans on their fan-pages, pretty much summed up the response and expectations all the CSK fans had on the 'Return of the Pride'.

     This was the response and celebrations for the most favorite league team in the IPL, if not the world. CSK fans(inclusive of myself) all over the world are rejoicing the return of CSK and are more excited to watch the pride of lions PREY,err, PLAY on April 7th in the tournament's opener!
     
               And playing what-is-called the 'El Clasico'  of the IPL, against the Mumbai Indians, as the opening match is going to produce nothing less than a cracker of a contest!

What else is gonna be the best part of this summer for cricket fans all over the world than witnessing the best team in action for the next TWO months? With a familiar core team that comprises of the swashbuckling 'Run Machine' of the IPL- Suresh Raina (Chinna Thala), the man with the Bullet arm,the agile and athletic all rounder- 'Sir' Ravindra Jadeja, the Champion all rounder- DJ Bravo, the Fafulous Faf du Plessis, successor to our Mr.Cricket Mike Hussey(who has taken charge of this pride off-the-field now as the batting coach) as the dependable batsmen of the team, and do I need to mention? Our Thala Dhoni, and a whole new players to the team, with few new coming in adding a lot of years.. of experience in the team and the remaining adding energy to the veteran side, This CSK team has a lot of X-factors in it to provide enough assurance of us winning this IPL.

               

   

     The way CSK team has had the reception in the last few days, with fans jamming the roads that led to the Chepauk, waving hands, switching on flash lights on their mobiles,and without a doubt, Whistling, the team on their way to practice to even filling up the Chepauk den for just team practice sessions!,guarantees a power-packed home-crowd support on the D-day!   

The team on-paper surely looks the side that has got the right balance of the experience,with the economical bowler of IPL- Harbhajan singh, whose acquisition seemed like a trade between Chennai and Punjab with our homeboy Ashwin, Captain and one of the leading run-scorers of the BigBash League- Watson,No.1 T20 bowler Tahir, IPL stars Karn sharma, Ambati Rayudu,and the energetic youth like Billings,Asif,Ngidi etc.
    But all this will boil down to the execution on the given particular day! 

    Last summer India witnessed the power of the king MAHENDRA BAHUBALI..
